As Customer Success Officer for Saba's mid-market business in North America, Sue oversees a team of sales and customer success professionals responsible for acquiring, retaining and expanding Saba's customer base among mid-enterprise organizations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Sue joined Saba after the company's acquisition of Halogen Software in 2017.
Prior to Saba, Sue served as Chief Customer Officer at Halogen, having held dynamic and varied leadership positions across the company since 2006. As director of professional services, she was responsible for designing and implementing the deployment framework of the company's TalentSpace solution. Throughout her tenure at Halogen, from services to customer success and sales, she was instrumental in driving programs and processes that established the company as the de facto leader in customer satisfaction among talent management vendors.
With over 20 years of experience in the enterprise technology solutions industry, Sue brings a strong, proven commitment to customer success. Having worked across many facets of customer operations, Sue has a broad and deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies, and a keen understanding of how customer lifecycle drives success and superior outcomes. Prior to Halogen, Sue held various management roles with successful startups like Kinaxis and Corel Corporation.
Sue holds a B.A. in Economics from Carleton University.
