Our team at Saba takes great pride in this distinction, as customer feedback continues to shape our products and services. We regularly reach out to customers for feedback because it's those insights that directly help us improve the products and services they rely on to take their organizations to the next level.
In its announcement, Gartner explained, "The Gartner Peer Insights Customers' Choice is a recognition of vendors in this market by verified end-user professionals, taking into account both the number of reviews and the overall user ratings." To ensure fair evaluation, Gartner maintains rigorous criteria for recognizing vendors with a high customer satisfaction rate.
Shooting for the stars - all five of them
In order to be named a Customers' Choice, vendors needed to have a minimum of 50 published reviews with an average overall rating of 4.2 stars or higher.
As of April 10, 2019, on Gartner Peer Insights, Saba was rated 4.3 out of 5 stars in the Talent Management Suites market based on 137 verified ratings. Saba's end-user reviews came from talent leaders across organizations of all sizes and industries, highlighting company partnership, solution ease of use, flexibility and depth of functionality across all areas of talent management. These Saba customers use either Saba Cloud or Saba TalentSpace.
